Anger is closely linked to anxiety. People who have anger management problems are often very anxious and claimed. They work very often individuals, expect lot of themselves and much of those who surround themselves with them. Anger management problems are a natural by-product of their lives. Many of these people have very high generalized anxiety or social anxiety. Are these 2 types of fear for their anger-management problems contribute.
Its much easier for these people, usually men, to say that "I have anger management problems" than to say that, "I suffer social or generalized anxiety". People with social anxiety find it very difficult in public places, such as shopping malls, will be where it is to a lot of other people and output is not always easy to present. For example, on a train when commuting between home and work, when is the train on the move, they are not able to stop the train to the next stop. People with generalised anxiety have a low stability in stressful situations in their lives. Their fear is one response to these situations to the evil.
An other mental state is associated with depression is anger. Some experts believe that depression of 5 people, 1 at any time in time will have an impact. Eighty percent of people suffer depression at 1 point in their lives. It is a very, very common condition of mental health. Depression can be a very
frustrating condition to have, because there is no obvious solution for them. This is especially frustrating for type A, goal-oriented people, often by suffering anger problems in the first place.
There is no solution for them. No obvious solution for them. You can not go for a run, or drink some beer, drink some alcohol or some eat eat or talk to someone about it. Depression is much more complex than that. A common response, depression, and anger is frustration on other take out. Again, it is very important that people realize depression, what is it and get it diagnosed and treated.
Anger management is the inability to deal with negative emotions
Think back to your life now. What do you do if you have a negative emotions? For example, if you are down or anxious or stressed what do? You you just sit quietly and in your own time deal? Or try drugs, smoking, talking to friends and family get rid of alcohol, exercise, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter,?
Most people do the latter, since we never with our negative emotions have taught handling. Unfortunately, our emotions like a roller coaster are for most people. It increases when we have strong, positive emotions. It plateaus, if we have neutral feelings. It appears when we have negative emotions for a certain period and then the cycle.
