It was a dark night in Memphis. I was in a direction to the hotel. Friendly people at the corner of greeted me. I was responding, missed I of curb and BAM! In a moment, I was on the ground. Flew my glasses on my face and my Pocket went flying. Yowee. Kazowee!
All's well that only a scratch here and there to crush. Not a big deal. The great thing came later, as I was thinking about what happened. I have in the past fallen, on slopes, in the garden, on the stage (during rehearsal, thank God) and countless other places. In fact, I remember my father say that I could travel on a rose in the carpet. It seems that I was way over due for a little self-reflexion of this pattern.
A practice of self-reflexion can us to light old tendencies and sense of release and will help. In addition, self-reflection goes a long way towards to cultivate more self-confidence. Participation in rigorous and honest self-reflection calls for courage and compassion. For a lifetime to cultivate discipline of self-reflection, you need to know that you not to beat up every time when you are "small as" some ideal that you find, who and how it should be stop must itself compassion.... And you need courage, Hooboy do courage honest with themselves, because they reflect!
Do you see how this works? Because if you rigorously with it to be honest, you have the courage to face what you find. And if you are, what you find willing to meet, you must compassionately with yourself, so that you can face what you have found a friendly heart.
What was I an old pattern in a fall rooted, have I as a child and the guilt I felt about the case. I found also a sense of anxiety about my body. Armed with this knowledge, I could support the intrapsychic structures break down this old trend with spiritual technology.
Mental processes are fabulous tools that help, the release of stresses that accumulate in life and in addition, they provide a way of the release of pain caused by trapped between pairs of opposites. In this case, it was the duality of trust and fear together with guilt and freedom that my behavior and my State were affected.
