They know that one of the little unknown truths about life is that every moment counts and never repeated can still be facilitated, they can be reminded only. So it is with our victories and achievements in life. Unless we recognize and appreciate it we miss hidden all the treasures of joy in them. The worst, what we can do in life, is to focus on performance and the performance not celebrate, when we finally have it.
Instead of concentration on the tension which now, how about in your life's focusing on the victories you have made so far. How about a little glowing in your past achievements and relieve the moments a bit. Not you me not wrong here. I do not mean that you should live in the past, as some would say "Search for comfort in history", but I think these moments count. These moments boost your confidence and your energy. Confirm on your strengths, capabilities and opportunities. focus sometimes we reach us too much on this, that after we have achieved or are not sure if we have it and so we are frustrated and up even more burdening us us, what tired which end try so hard, to have the power, celebrate our victories and achievements.
Celebrations you may even a good restaurant, out, take you have someone of it with you, go and help celebrate you, the better. It could go even away on holiday to think about your success and your future plan. What it perhaps, take every opportunity to celebrate themselves.
