We know that we should have goals. Here is several reasons why:
1 We don't even start!....Just start! We tend to hesitate that get the upper hand over us. We over think. Try everywhere, but somewhere to start. Steps to add. You need to do the first step. Success is achieved by measures. A step can make the difference between a goal to reach, or not, performance vs. just a dream. One step leads to another step, and the momentum begins. Some of this limit you break barriers you have in your mind, with every step you take.
2 We dream about our future too much rather than to take action. If you focus a future fantasy, you are not in the now, to always do the job. If you fantasize too much are the future "banking", you already have it in the Bank and you will see how you spend everything be, rather than focusing on getting it done... now. Now is what you have.
We expect everything smoothly for our plans only available, fall run life it has bumps in the road. Plans are not true. So, you take your attention to the steps you to reach your goal not the result of fantasized. Visualize the process not the result.
The focus is positive in the now, work on your goals, rather than the emphasis where you want to be. You can not wait to be positive only if you have finally reached, what about you fantasize. Remain present, remain in the now. It is where you are and where you have to do.
3 We don't know why we set the goal. Know, what is your ultimate direction. Goals are set for a purpose, a direction, a goal. What is this purpose? What is your direction? What's the point? What is the purpose of the objective in the first place? If targets are unworthy, not thoughtful, mis-directed or otherwise poorly, you is not required, will not be accessible, because not, enthusiasm, motivation, to see the foundation it through. Goals can also short-term are easy to targets at once and simply not worth your time too difficult, too easily,. Do know why you set a goal.
4 We are not determined enough, the target. This is too much associated with the daydreaming about the final result. You have this great fantasy of, where you are a reality check, that is, what your life would you, like in appearance, but take now, and that's where you want to go. What is in between is the gap that you need to close. Do a mental contrast... what you vs want, where you are now. This allows to you commit yourself to fill this gap. You know the challenge above... to close the gap.
5 We lose, where we are. Your progress keep the review. What is consider your goal and then the task. When the task is difficult focus, if it is a lightweight task-focus on the ultimate goal, when close to completion once again focus on the ultimate goal. Please the challenge. Knowing what you are working, what is the challenge, which the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
6-Not to give up and fall prey to the negative thoughts. When the going gets tough, the negative thoughts can creep. You can start procrastinating getting things done. You can simply give up or to sabotage your goal destination even more. Stop. Take in the details of a project you are working with. Redirect your focus to something more detailed and specific to do a task. Set a time limit to get it done.
7 We waste of time. Use your time sensibly. You are doing things our habit, is it a subconscious behavior? Or you are just get busy be displayed? Do your actions closer you get to your destination? Drag time management skills into account. You should aware actions instead of busy work. As the saying goes, time is money, you get it back. Use it wisely with conscious action.
8 We take time to reconsider. Assess and evaluate, assess. If you in the wrong direction, change directions, when something doesn't work is, keep what you do, change. Wasting time and money on something that does not work. Just because you have put in some time and money, that doesn't mean that it will be successful. If.... does it change the method, the plan, the tactic! Do have a back-up plan or plans for the unexpected. Do have strategies, plural, which could be created. If you have a barrier, have or find ways around it. Not stuck.
Leave 9-not only to itself. Have a team. Do have a mentor, trainer, consultant. Outside advice. You can do things alone. Do have a system. Delegate what you can. Contact me for more details.
